píši ohledně mobilního telefonu zn. Aligator R10. Po zakoupení zboží mi v pětidenních intervalech chodí zpoplatněné sms za zálohu kontaktů. Kontaktoval jsem poskytovatele sms a bylo mi řečeno, že se jedná o backup number (zálohu kontaktů). Byl mi poslán postup, jak to zrušit ale je nejspíš na jiný typ telefonu. Proto se obracím na Vás, zda jste se s touto formou dotazu již setkali a znáte postup. Jinak budu muset nejspíš telefon reklamovat.
