je možno jezdit s ní na silnici? je potřeba řidičský průkaz a helma? Obdržím v případě koupě i nějaké certifikáty?

Podle parametrů se jedná o vozidlo kategorie L1e-B nařízení EU 168/2013. Tedy nutná registrace ( k tomu je nutný COC list) a SPZ. ŘP ani pojištění potřeba nejsou.
Dobrý den,
toto "vozidlo" vlastním a dle všeho by mělo legislativně spadat do kategorie jízdních kol. Jediný sporný bod v parametrech je sedačka. A zde je uplatněna výjimka (EU č. 168/2013), že bod "R" nesmí být rovný nebo vyšší než 54 cm. Bodem R se nerozumí celková výška sedadla, ale těžiště, což je konec té trubky, do které je sedadlo zasouváno. A ta má 53,5 cm. Celá koloběžka je s parametry hodně na hraně, ale to je zřejmě úmyslem.
Neříkám tím však, že se ve výsledku nemohu mýlit, jelikož ta změť zákonů, co provází elektrokoloběžky je celkem nepřehledná.
