Dobrý den, pračka začala hlásit chybu EFO: Je aktivován bezpečnostní systém proti vyplavení. Manuál radí: Odpojte spotřebič a zavřete vodovodní kohoutek. Obraťte se na autorizované servisní středisko.
Vypnutí/zapnutí pračky nepomohlo. Nešlo zvolit žádný program.
Podle informací právě z autorizovaného servisu je nejpravděpodobnější příčina zanesení čidla vodou a zbytky prášku. Rada je jednoduchá. Naklonit pračku od sebe v úhlu 45° a nechat vytéct všechnu vodu. Přes noc nechat otevřený poklop a buben, aby se řádně vysušila. Poté pustit bez prádla a prášku prací program. Popsaný postup problém s chybou EFO odstranil. Snad pomůže někomu dalšímu a ušetří čas s hlášením reklamace Alze/servisu.
