Dobrý den. Koupil jsem si multilicenci na 5 PC. Na po instalaci začalo na VŠECH počítačích docházet k problémům: i při vypnutém plánu záloh tam běží služby, které nejdou jednoduše vypnout a zpomalují počítače (DELL I5...) a způsobují pády OS (W7), fixlují periferie (čtečky QR aj). Po odinstalaci Acronisu a vyčištění registrů od tohoto s prominutím viru počítače opět fungují bez problémů. Je možno licenci programu reklamovat a vrátit ? Děkuji.

Aha. Bohužel se jedná o prokazatelně vadný a nedodělaný software. Pochopil jsem to tedy tak, že nákup software (nejen u Alza) je nákup zajíce v pytli. Zavazuji se tedy, že již žádný sofware nekoupím.

Dobrý den, jde o licenci pouze pro domácí použití, pro servery tento SW není.
