Dobrý den, mobilní telefon Acer Liquid E3 duo koupený u Alzy se po zapnutí nespustí, displej je pouze slabounce podsvícený a nic nezobrazuje. Baterie se dobíjí normálně, alespoň podle LED ukazatele. Stejný problém se vyskytl hned po zakoupení, po opravě v Alze fungoval do dneška bez problémů. JSem dlouhodobě v zahraničí, proto nemůžu telefon odnést do Alzy - můžete mi poradit, v čem by mohl být problém?
