Dobry vecer.
Dnes som kupil u vas na centrale v Bratislave kancelarske PC Acer Extensa X2610G SFF, Produktové číslo: DT.X0KEC.005. Kupoval som ho s tym, ze uvadzate, ze : Wiindows 10 Pro 64-bit s možnosťou downgrade na Windows 7 Professional 64-bit .
V baleni, kt som dostal vsak nie su ziadne instalacne media ani zrozumitelny navod, ako urobit downgrade na Win7Pro.
Akym sposobom je teda mozne urobit downgrade, ked je v pc predinstalovany win10pro?

Dobrý den, děkuji za Váš dotaz.
Uvedu jednoduchý postup: Klikněte na Start -> Restartovat (zároveň držte klávesu Shift - zobrazí se "Počkejte prosím") -> V otevřené nabídce klikněte na "Odstranit potíže" -> Vrátit zpět předchozí verzi Windows. Proces se spustí, bude nějakou dobu trvat. Současně musím upozornit, že OS Windows 7 již dnes není aktuální a časem bude přechod na W10 nutný, nedoporučuji odkládat.

Dobry den. Vdaka za promptnu odpoved. Problem je, ze uvedeny postup skonci s hlaskou, ze nie je mozne vratit predchodziu verziu. Ako postupovat dalej?

Na vasej stranke k produktu uvadzate : ... s moznostou downgrade ...
Co ma zmiatlo, bol som totiz v tom, ze kupujem pc aj s mediami na downgrade. Dodavka vsak media neobsahuje, je potrebne si ich objednat vo servisnom stredisku Acer za cca 12€.
Bolo by vhodne tuto informaciu publikovat k popisu produktu.
