tak tpd jsem ještě neslyšel, spíš asi TDP a je to maximální příkon, počítá se z toho například využití zdroje. a jestli zdroj v PC dává 65w, tak snad ani neblikne dioda, natož aby se rozjel. počítám asi chybka :D
