Dobrý den, nejsem si jist kódem výrobku, jedná se o Acer Aspire R11 Sky Blue, objednávka číslo 157568188.
Problém: Nedaří se zprovoznit Skype.
Po kliknutí na Získat Skype začal program stahovat novou verzi. Po spuštění instalačního souboru a odsouhlasení podmínek začala instalace. Bohužel v průběhu se objevilo hlášení, že starší verzi 7.18 nelze odstranit, následovalo hlášení o kritické chybě 1603 :-(.
Pokusil jsem se ručně odebrat starší verzi Skype a promazat registry.
Bohužel nepomohlo, a tím pádem jsem na konci svých schopností...
