Dobry den, chcela by som sa informovat, v decembri min.roku som si kupila u vas notebook Acer Aspire ES 14(ES1-420-32LQ), mam tam nainstalovany novy windows 10. Pocitac je uplne spomaleny, pomaly sa nacitavaju stranky na internete, hocijaky program trva asi 1 min.kym sa otvori. Aj som zjednodusila ovladanie ale nepomohlo. Tak by som sa chcela informovat ci je moznost v ramci reklamacie alebo cez vas nejaky autorizovany servis ze by sa tam nainstaloval starsi windows nakolko si myslim ze windws 10 je az prilis velky na moj pocitac s takym procesorom. Tym padom je absolutne tento pocitac nepouzitelny.
