vcera jsem u vas zakoupil pocitac acer ferric red es 11.
v popisu zbozi bylo uvedeno 32GB uloziste. nicmene realne se velikost disku C zobrazuje jako 18.8GB, z techto 18.8GB zabira 13 GB system. na internetu deklarujete moznost upgrade na windows 10 , nicmene toto realne nelze provest, v prubehu instalace se objevi hlaska "nedostatek mista na disku". Je notebook rozbity - mam ho reklamovat? za odpoved dekuji.

v první řadě bych doporučil provést recovery, samozřejmě předtím zazálohovat data, pokud už tam nějaká máte a jestli nepomůže ani to, přineste komplet zboží včetně balení k nám na prodejnu a můžeme to řešit výměnou za nové.
