Dobrý den 18.11.2016 jsem u Vás zakoupil notebook Acer Aspire E15 se službami (výměna nevhodného dárku a nic neriskuj), bohužel dárek skutečně nevyhovuje a chtěly bychom ho vrátit popřípadě vyměnit za výkonnější kus ale služba pro výměnu nevhodného dárku skončila 13.1.2017, bude možné tento notebook ještě vrátit?
