mám problém s touchpadom. po mesiaci mi prestal fungovať. kontaktoval som zákaznícku podporu windows, pomohli mi preinštalovať driver a windows 11 avšak neúspešne. Posledná veta znela ,,ešte môže byť problém s hardvérom,,.
čo najskôr s tým idem do pobočky Alzy na reklamáciu.

Dobrý den, ověřte prosím zda nemáte touchpad pouze vypnutý. Po naběhnutí do systemu stiskněte na klávesách F1-F12 klávesu označenou piktogramem touchpadu.
