Dobrý den, nejprve bych se ujistil že HDMI je zapojene v HDMI eArc. Lze potom v uživatelské příručce najít jak spárovat ovladač LG se set top boxem. Pokud ani toto nezabere dále bych zkusil přes LG servis.
