Dobrý den, aktualizace na vyšší verzi operačního systému je vydávána výrobcem. Pokud bude připravena, televizor se automaticky aktualizuje. V tuto chvíli zatím není verze 14 plánována. Hezký den.

Dobrý den, televizor má HDMI2.0, pouze některé funkce jsou pro specifikaci HDMI2.1. Chyba není na stránce Alzy ani Philips. Funkce verze 2.1 jsou eARC, VRR, ALLM a Game Mode. Hezký den.

Dobrý den, jakou verzí bluetooth je televize vybavena? Je možné k ní připojit bluetooth sluchátka nebo reproduktor?

Dobrý den, TV má Bluetooth 5.0 s podporou A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) a AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) pro ovládání přehrávání. Připojit lze vždy jen jedno Bluetooth zařízení = sluchátka/reproduktor/soundbar a podobně a TV reproduktory budou odpojeny. Hezký den.

Mám od vás druhý den model PML 8709 65 palců a nejde připojit z pěti telefonů ani jeden. To znamená pokud je připojen ovladač, tak nejde nic víc přes bluetooth?

Dobrý den, to je v pořádku, Bluetooth je pouze pro výstup zvuku do sluchátek/reproduktoru/soundbaru a podobně. Přes Bluetooth lze připojit externí klávesnici/gamepad. Pro sdílení obsahu z mobilního telefonu je k dispozici funkce ChromeCast pro Android/Apple nebo AirPlay 2 pro Apple. Hezký den.
