Je to proto, že v evropě se používá pro Tvaru video signál 25/50/100 Hz a pro počítačové systémy a herní konzole je to obvykle 30/60/120 Hz. proto se u televizorů udávají obě frekvence. Televizor je tedy schopen přehrát a zobrazit video signál od 25 do 120 Hz. Hezký den.
