Dobrý den, Android TV funguje dobře. Jenomže při zapojení klasické TV (UPC set top box) přes HDMI kabel televize přehrává pouze obraz beze zvuku. Kabel mám HDMI 2.1. Zapojeno stejně jako u předchozí TV. Zkoušela jsem i zapojení Xiaomi TV stick, taky přes HDMI a vůbec ho nenačte. Nevíte v čem může být problém? Děkuji.

Omlouvám se za pomalou odezvu. Pokud má televize jinou verzi HDMI, vyzkoušejte kabel s patřičnou verzí. Dále pohledejte režim zpětné kompatibility HDMI a pokud nic nepomůže, tak produkt reklamujte.
