Nefungují reproduktory. Audio signál je pouze na sluchátkovém výstupu. Problém přetrvává i po restartu monitoru (v menu monitoru).
Je nějaký postup jak oživit/zapnout reproduktory, abych vám monitor nemusel vracet a následně budu muset stejný monitor zakoupit znovu (snad s funkčními reproduktory).

bohužel, pokud se jedná o vadu produktu, není zde jiný možnost než reklamace. Veškeré zásahy do produktu poruší záruční podmínky. pokud by se jednalo o chybu systému, u některých monitoru lze provést aktualizaci firmware.
