Přes HDMI nefunguje zvuk - má někdo nějaký tip, jestli nejde o problém v nastavení?

Monitor jsem vyreklamoval, dostal nový a zvuk opět nefunguje - ani z počítače, ani z jiného zdroje (media player). Zde je možná problém se specifikacemi a firmwarem - když tam reproduktory NEJSOU "by design" proč je nastavení jejich hlasitosti v OSD menu.
Prosím produktového manažera ALZA o vyjádření.
