An active extension cable to extend the USB 2.0 cable length by five metres. The active repeater enables up to five pieces of this cable in the case of USB 2.0 to reach the resulting length of up to 25 metres (however, it is recommended that two active cables always pass through one passive)! The USB amplifier is integrated in the expanded cable connector and does not require external power because it is powered directly from the USB. The device works as a transparent HUB.
