Types of collagen in the product?
Scientific research has identified approximately 28 types of collagen. They vary according to the composition of the molecules and their use in the body.
- Type I: It makes up 90% of the collagen in your body. Type I is densely packed and provides structure to your skin, bones, tendons and ligaments.

Recommended dosage
1 heaping tablespoon (15 g) per day. First, pour the daily dose of powder into a jar. Add a little water and mix the powder thoroughly. If you want a more sour drink, add lemon juice. Make up the rest of the water as needed.
