Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 pear (peeled, without core)
  • ¼ teaspoon of crushed cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Extract the juice from both the pear and the sweet potatoes, add cinnamon and chia seeds (optional). Mix everything properly with ice. Pour the pear smoothie into a taller glass and garnish with a slice of pear.
