Polar Pacer is an ultralight GPS smartwatch for all runners who are serious about sports and self-improvement. The daily activity goal is displayed as a circle that gradually fills up until it reaches 100%. Polar has also prepared a personalised FitSpark training guide for you, which suggests exercises tailored to your fitness and readiness. The Training Load Pro feature calculates the load on your cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems after each training session, and the Subjective Load feature lets you assess how you feel. Another great feature is the Season Planner, which you can use to plan and customise your next training season. For example, you can set weekly volumes by duration or desired distance. A running program is also available, where you can choose one of four preset races—5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon. The Polar Pacer watch, together with the app, creates a training plan that suits your goals.
