One PENCO® OMEGA 3 softgel capsule contains:
1000 mg of pure fish oil of which 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA5 mg of vitamin E

Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years 1-2 capsules per day
Instructions for use:
1 capsule and take with 200-300 ml of water or hypotonic drink. Take with meals, 2 capsules per day in divided doses, preferably in the morning and evening.
