Soluble fiber - dietary supplement. It contains natural organic acacia fiber, which stimulates the growth and activity of beneficial bacteria in the digestive system, especially lactobacilli and bifidobacilli.

Recommended dosage:
Adults 1× tablespoon (7.5 g)/day. Contains at least 6.7 g of acacia fibre. Stir in water or any beverage. It can also be added to food, yoghurt, etc.
Warning:
Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and for children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store out of reach of children, in a dry and dark place, at room temperature. Use within 30 days of opening.
