A solid ORION cast iron pan with a 16cm diameter and pouring spouts for both intense searing and slow roasting of dishes on all types of hobs, in the oven, and on the grill. Once gradually heated, the cast iron pan can withstand even high temperatures, so meat will sear quickly even with a small amount of fat, keeping the juices nicely locked inside. It has two pouring spouts, so you can easily pour off drippings, reduced jus, or sauces. The underside is flat and works perfectly with induction hobs.
