The ORAVA SU-101 Dryer is a device that you can use not only for fruit, but also herbs, fragrant forest mushrooms, and vegetables. It has 5 extra-high, stackable floors, so you can dry a large amount of food at once. The dryer is equipped with a high-efficiency heater and a fan for thorough air circulation which yields quick and efficient drying. It is easily controlled by the rotary temperature controller, and thanks to the large temperature range you can dry a variety of items such as herbs, which require a temperature between 35-40°C, or fresh mushrooms, which require a higher temperature to prevent dampness during slow drying.
