Ingredients

  • 100g of flakes
  • 1.5l of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 vanilla extract

Instructions

Put the flakes and the milk in a pan (at medium heat) and let simmer. Stir continuously for about 8 minutes. Add sugar and let it cool in the refrigerator. The following day, serve the smoothie in a cooled glass and sprinkle the smoothie with cinnamon or grounded flakes.
