The OKI C531dn is a fast colour LED printer with integrated memory, ideal for small businesses and workgroups. It provides maximum return on investment along with high performance and many cost-saving features. This compact device supports duplex printing, which makes it suitable for business that need to create professionally printed documents. It uses highly reliable single-pass digital LED technology and straight paper path to deliver exceptional stability, performance, and speed, while maintaining high printing quality. Its ultra reliable digital LED print heads have no moving parts.
The backlit two-line display shows the current status of the printer and everyone in the office has easy access to the full printing feature set. Auto Mode automatically shuts off the machine from the deep sleep mode when the printer is not in use. This significantly reduces energy costs. Toner Save feature reduces the amount of toner used when printing drafts or internal documents. This model comes with 256 MB of memory, expandable to up to 768 MB if needed. The printer is equipped with a 250 page input tray and supports an optionally purchasable second tray with additional 530 sheets.
The device also comes with PrintSuperVision software that serves to manage and monitor network printers, while Print Job Accounting allows you to monitor printer usage and control printing costs. OKI Template Manager lets you create and print many types of commercial and promotional materials on site. Companies can easily print a variety of materials such as business cards, banners up to 1320 mm in length, stickers, CD/DVD, leaflets etc.
