For preparation Mix Nutrend Mass Gain 70 g in 300 ml of water. Take immediately after training and a maximum of 2 times a day.
To prepare Nutrend Creatine Monohydrate, mix 3.5 g of powder with water or your favorite drink. On training days, use 30 minutes before training, on non-training days in the morning on an empty stomach.
