Nutrend After Training Protein is a protein intended for recreational and top athletes, who can use it immediately after training. In its 100 g, it contains 41 g of proteins, which consist of whey protein concentrate, isolate and hydrolyzate. However, the protein also includes a mixture of Palatinose carbohydrates, L-alanine, L-glutamine, magnesium, zinc and B5 vitamins, B6 and B12. Nutrend After Training Protein is gluten-free and you will find two flavors in the package, namely chocolate and vanilla.

Preparation and dosing

Mix 45 g in 200 ml of water and consume immediately after training. The next dose can be taken at any time of the day, but at least 60 minutes apart. The maximum daily dose is 90 g.
