How are the individual ingredients beneficial?
- CURCUM - Turmeric helps boost our immunity, is anti-inflammatory and contains curcumin, which is a powerful antioxidant.
- Black pepper- Black pepper is a natural antioxidant that helps regulate digestion - body weight, promotes blood circulation in the delicate blood vessels and capillaries and normal respiratory function.
- SINNERGER - Cinnamon, like the other ingredients, helps warm our bodies and supports digestion and normal respiratory function.
- GINGER - Ginger is a natural antioxidant, contributing to the normal function of the cardiovascular system, supporting digestion, the immune system, as well as health during travel or normal respiratory function.
How to prepare Golden Mylk?
- First option:1× teaspoon of powder (approx. 3 g), 250-300 ml of very warm liquid - water, but it is usually best with warm milk of plant or animal origin.
- Second option:1× teaspoon of powder (approx. 3 g), 250-300 ml of vegetable or animal milk, a teaspoon of honey (alternative is BIO Nupreme Coconut Sugar), a teaspoon of coconut oil.
- Advancement: Heat the milk, add a teaspoon of Golden Mylk powder, stir well in the milk and ideally bring to the boil. After weaning, add two teaspoons of coconut oil to the drink and then sweeten with honey to taste.
- What are the benefits of the drink:The drink is ideal for chilly and cold days not only from autumn to spring. It will significantly help to warm our body and in a way our soul, with its intoxicating aroma, taste, and ultimately its beautiful colour. It will also boost the immune system, get the blood flowing, but it can also be used to harmonize and calm before bedtime.
