Noctua NF-A9 PWM

The powerful fan in computer cabinets of the Noctua manufacturer in the NF-A9 PWM uses seven integrated blade rotor blades. Thanks to them, it precisely directs the air outlet and is great for water cooling radiators or large processor tower coolers. The fan is equipped with Noctua PWM control, which ensures automatic speed control with very low power consumption.

Improved blade design

The Noctua NF-A9 PWM falls into a 92mm category and 7 blades develop a maximum speed of 2000 rpm, using the LNA (Low Noise Adapter) adapter, then the value drops to 1550 revolutions. This achieves a maximum air flow of 78.9 m3 per hour.

The Noctua NF-A9 PWM design with Advanced Acoustic Optimization (AAO) design is designed for as low noise as possible. This is why vibration dampening silicone vibration damping anti-vibration mats, a special stage design and a surface structure for better airflow are worth it. The resulting noise level is thus 22.9 dB at maximum load and 16.3 dB using an adapter.

SSO2 bearings

Well-proven proprietary Noctua bearings have been further improved in the second generation, so the Noctua NF-A9 PWM uses optimised SSO2 bearings. In this generation, the rear magnet is located even closer to the axis and thus provides better stability, precision and durability, which also helps to place the bearing in the massive body. The fan will offer an unprecedented average time of trouble-free operation exceeding 150,000 hours, ie 17 years. All this with a high quality performance that will be appreciated by true computer enthusiasts. On the motherboard, the fan is connected by a 4-pin connector.
