Noctua NF-A8 FLX

The powerful fan in the computer cabinets of the well-known manufacturer Noctua is equipped with two adapters that allow you to set the speed of 2000/1650/1200 revolutions per minute. The Noctua NF-A8 FLX uses seven built-in rotor blades to precisely route the air outlet and superbly fit for water coolers or large processor tower coolers.

Two adapters

The Noctua NF-A8 FLX falls into an 80mm category and 7 blades develop a maximum air flow rate of up to 50.4 m3 / h at a maximum speed of 2000 rpm. The first of two adapters, the LNA, will reduce RPM to 1650 per minute as well as airflow and noise levels. The second ULNA adapter, the Ultra Low Noise Adapter, is then designed to minimise noise to a very low level of 7.9 decibels while maintaining solid other values.

The Noctua NF-A8 FLX design with Advanced Acoustic Optimization (AAO) design is designed for as low noise as possible. This is why vibration dampening silicone vibration damping anti-vibration mats, a special stage design and a surface structure for better airflow are worth it.

SSO2 bearings

Well-proven proprietary Noctua bearings have been further improved in the second generation, so the Noctua NF-A8 FLX uses optimised SSO2 bearings. In this generation, the rear magnet is even closer to the axle and therefore offers better stability, precision and durability, which also helps to place the bearing in the massive body. The fan will offer an unprecedented average time of trouble-free operation exceeding 150,000 hours, ie 17 years. All this with a high-quality performance that will be appreciated by true computer enthusiasts. On the motherboard, the fan is connected by a 3-pin connector, and a 3:4 pin adapter is also included.
