nJoy Keen 1000 USB

nJoy Keen 1000 USB
The nJoy Keen 1000 USB uninterruptible power supply uses line-interactive topology and delivers a real power of 600W with an apparent power of 1000VA. At half load, it powers connected devices for 10 minutes, which gives you plenty of time to save your work in progress and shut down the system safely. The line-interactive UPS uses an automatic voltage regulation (AVR) function that actively stabilises fluctuations in the mains supply without needing to switch to the battery. This preserves the capacity of the internal batteries and extends their lifespan. The compact Tower design with low noise levels below 40dB is suitable for placing directly in an office or home study.
Key features of the nJoy Keen 1000 USB uninterruptible power supply
- Line-interactive topology and automatic voltage regulation (AVR)
- Data and telephone network protection via RJ-45/RJ-11 ports
- USB interface for management and monitoring
- Four Schuko output sockets with full battery backup
- Cold start function for starting without mains power
- Compact Tower design with low noise levels below 40dB
Topology and power
The uninterruptible power supply uses Line-interactive (VI) technology, which actively stabilises the output voltage using the integrated AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) function. It handles a wide input voltage range from 162 to 290V, which saves battery capacity during common mains fluctuations. At a full load of 600W, it provides a backup time of one minute for safely ending operations. It maintains the output voltage within a tolerance of 230V ± 10% and automatically detects the mains input frequency of 50 or 60Hz.
Battery and protection
Inside, it contains two internal GP07122L batteries, which are non-user-replaceable. The power supply supports a cold start function, meaning it can be started directly from the batteries without mains power. In addition to AVR, its protective features also include surge protection on the data line. It does not support expansion with external battery modules. The manufacturer does not specify the time required for a full battery charge.
Connectivity and sockets
For connecting appliances, it offers four Schuko-type output sockets, all of which are powered by the battery in the event of a power outage. A USB port is used for communication with a connected computer, transmitting information about the UPS status. Telephone and data network protection is provided by pass-through RJ-11 and RJ-45 ports, which filter out voltage spikes on these lines. The power supply itself connects to the mains using a standard plug.
