Application in washing machine:
1. Thoroughly remove any detergent residue from the detergent dispenser.
2. Put clean clothes in the washing machine (maximum 2 pieces).
3. Measure out 2 full caps (100 ml) of NIKWAX TX. Direct Wash-in.
4. Set the washing machine to the synthetic programme (30 °C) and select a low speed when wringing.

Application manually:
1. Wear gloves and immerse the garment in a container or basin of water warm enough to hold your hands in.
2. Dispense 2 full caps (100 ml) of NIKWAX TX. Direct Wash-in for one piece of impregnated clothing.
3. Soak well in the bath and leave to soak for about 5 - 10 minutes and then soak properly.
4. Use cold water for soaking and keep soaking until it is clean.

Drying:
Allow the garments to dry freely, after a few minutes check for excess impregnation and remove with a damp piece of cloth. If allowed by the manufacturer, tumble dry at a low temperature.

Warning:
For best results, remove all parts not suitable for washing and wash in NIKWAX Tech Wash first. Before impregnation with NIKWAX TX. Direct Wash-in is not necessary to dry things, but shake them well. Respect the symbols on the specific product. Do not machine wash garments with loose glued seams. After impregnation and drying, they can be glued back together with a special clear adhesive. Do not use detergents. Keep out of reach of children. Do not take internally. Protect your eyes.
