Alza.cz is asking all its customers who have purchased the product NGS Arctica Patrol (herein referred to as “the product”) to stop using it immediately.

We kindly ask Alza.cz customers to choose one of the following options:

• Return the product in any of Alza.cz stores, where you will be refunded the full price of the product.
• Send the product to the address Do Čertous 2658/1,193 00 Praha 9 - Horní Počernice with a note requesting a full price refund, including the number of a bank account to which the refund should be sent.

The product recall does not concern any other product from the online shop www.alza.cz
