Thanks to a revolutionary nanomaterial, this drape with up to 99% filtration efficiency consists of a three-layer sandwich laminate. The first cover layer is a soft and skin-friendly PP spunbond / meltblown 37 g / m2, the task of which is to trap large particles that could otherwise be damaged and thus reduce the effectiveness of the nanolayer. The second cover layer is PP spunbond 20 g / m2. Both materials are characterized by strong hydrophobic properties that reduce the rate of penetration of microorganisms. The inner nanolayer of the PVDF polymer solution then guarantees very effective filtration of the passing air. It consists of fibers from 50 nm in size, which is about 1000 times less than the thickness of your hair.
