The MyStress recipe combines Reishi and Hericium mushrooms with Chinese herbs to release liver Qi. It is therefore suitable for maintaining psychological well-being. It is used for most conditions that are aggravated by stress. The MyStress recipe helps improve resilience to emotional stress. It is suitable for psychosomatic imbalances, inability to relax and mental restlessness. Also with psychological inattention, poor concentration and memory, low self-esteem, etc. The blend uses a combination of Reishi and Hericium to induce the mental well-being necessary to replenish the blood. It is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days.
