The blend of vital Reishi mushrooms, Hericium and Chinese herbs is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine to unblock energy blockages, which according to her prevent almost all diseases. In other words, it has a psychosomatic effect. It is based on the recipe of traditional Chinese medicine Xiao Yao San, however, it is adapted for the imbalances of modern man.
Active ingredients
- Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) - contributes to natural immunity, supports normal circulatory system function and contributes to normal blood cholesterol levels.
- Cyperus scariosus - promotes normal digestion.
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root)- supports normal digestion and normal respiratory function. It contributes to the immune system, mental health and normal skin condition.
Effects
- According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Gan system (Wood, Liver) can become blocked due to stress and excessive emotions and subsequently heat up. This blockage can cause further stagnation in different parts of the body. We describe it as somatization of stress. Somatization of stress means the transfer of psychological tension to different parts of the body. In other words, psychosomatic imbalances arise at different levels of the organism.
- According to Chinese medicine, the mixture also has a pronounced An Shen effect. Through strengthening Xin (Heart), it harmonizes Soul Shen. In other words, we could say that the mixture can bring our psyche back into balance. Herbs such as Suan Zao Ren (jujube) and He Huan Pi (mimosa sensitivity) are the main contributors to this effect. And of course both mushrooms, Reishi and Hericium.

Take on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. It is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine. It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days.
