About MycoClean
MycoClean is a balanced combination of mushroom and herbal extracts, created for the problems of modern man, based on the deep wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine. This combination strengthens Pi "Splezna", and thus strengthens the Qi energy of the whole body, removes Shi (moisture) from the body, Tan (phlegm) and excessive Re(hotness), detoxifies him, harmonizes the psyche, strengthens SHEN (Kidneys) and FEI (Lungs).
What exactly weakens PI (Splezna)
- It's irregular eating, overeating, lack of quality food, one-sidedness in food choices, excessive sugar consumption, dairy products and white flour. Also too much thinking and lack of exercise.
- Breakfast is very important for Silesia. Once we manage to "kick-start" digestion in the morning, it will work throughout the day. Chinese dietetics recommends that breakfast be hot. Porridge cereals or soups are ideal. On the other hand, yoghurt, sweets (fast sugars) or raw fruit are not suitable.
- MycoClean as part of a healthy breakfast will help us to not only strengthen the PI (Spleen), but also to cleanse the whole organism.
- The dominant component of the mixture is tear drop or Job's tears. Tears are excellent for strengthening the Spleen system and removing moisture from the body. It can cleanse the body of various pollutants and toxins.
Active ingredients

- The second part of the mixture is the seed of Lotus nutmeg, which, together with the tear duct, also strengthens the PI (Spleen) and harmonizes the emptying. Its important function is to strengthen SHEN (Kidney) and their essence. The lacrimal gland weakens with prolonged use of SHEN (Kidney). Its third function is to harmonize the psyche, therefore it is suitable for significant stress load.
- The third part is Fo Shou, which is a type of lemon tree called Buddha's Hand, which regulates the liver's Qi energy, often stagnant from excessive or unexpressed emotions, promotes digestion, strengthens the spleen and transforms TAN (mucus).
- The last but important part of the mixture is the vital mushroom Maitake (Grifola frondosa). This fungus can regulate PI/WEI/GAN (we would say insulin resistance).

Recommended dosage
Current dose:
1 teaspoon of powder per day (Children aged 3 to 15 years half a teaspoon per day).
Increased dose:
1 teaspoon of powder 2-3 times a day.
Measure the powder with the provided spoon and mix in 2 dcl of lukewarm water. Ideal to take half an hour before breakfast.
