Musical Fidelity MX VYNL is a fully symmetrical phono preamplifier that can work with any MM and MC cartridge. Symmetrical and asymmetrical inputs with a simple switch allow you to connect two turntables simultaneously to the preamplifier. The outputs are also available in symmetrical and asymmetrical versions, allowing connection to any amplifier. The MX-VYNYL offers a wide range of input impedance settings for MC cartridges as well as several capacitance settings for MM cartridges. Unlike many competing products, MX-VYNL allows easy adjustment of these settings even during playback. MX-VYNL offers RIAA correction, which allows extremely accurate results up to 80 kHz. This may seem like a waste, but even above 20 kHz there is a lot of information that needs correction. If not corrected, they can negatively affect the resulting signal. With extremely low noise levels and superior overdrive margin, the MX-VYNL can comfortably handle even the most demanding turntables and meet the requirements of all listeners.
