How to choose the size of a handball

• For adults: Size 3 is recommended for men, 2 for women, (18 years and older)
• Older adolescents: Size 3 for boys, 2 for girls, (17 to 18 years)
• For younger adolescents: Boys play with size 2, girls with size 2, (15 to 16 years)
• For older pupils: Size 2 is recommended for boys, 1 for girls (13 to 14 years)
• For younger students: For boys the size is 1, for girls 1, (11 to 12 years)
• Mini-team (6 + 1): For boys size 1, for girls 1, (10 years and younger)
• Mini-team (4 + 1): For boys the size is 0, for girls 0, (10 years and younger)

Note: (6 + 1) means 6 players + 1 goalkeeper, (4 + 1) means 4 players and one goalkeeper.
