The Need for Omega-3 Fatty Acids
The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contained in Möller’s products are important building blocks for all cells in the human body. The body cannot produce them efficiently on its own in sufficient quantities, so we must regularly supply them through our diet (preferably fatty sea fish) or food supplements. Fish oil is suitable for both children and adults. Möller's fish oil is made from the highest quality cod liver – from fresh, wild-caught fish from the clean waters of the Norwegian Sea. It is unique for its high content of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins. The highest concentration of active substances is found in the livers of these fatty fish. During processing, saturated fats (naturally present in cod liver) and proteins are removed (which is why fish oil can also be taken by people with fish allergies).
