Minerals70 Liquid Ferrum minerals are intended for everyday use by women and men and are also suitable for vegans. The daily dose contains 19.6 mg of iron, 60 mg of magnesium, 340 μg of vitamin B9 and 140 μg of vitamin B12. Minerals, on the other hand, do not include lactose, gluten or sugar. A 50 ml package will last for 50 days.
