The MikroTik R52n-M network adapter is equipped with full support for 802.11a/b/g/n standards. It is built on the proven Atheros AR9220 chipset and supports transmission speeds of up to 300Mbps. It features integrated overvoltage protection on the MMCX connectors. Tests on the RB600A have confirmed a real speed of 195Mbps.
The MikroTik R52n-M adapter is supported by RouterBoards with RouterOS Mikrotik version 4 or higher. To maximise performance, we recommend using a RouterBoard RB600A or RB800. Upgrading to version 4 requires Winbox to update the card activation license. You can find a simple table with miniPCI broadcasting power here.
