The automatic dispensing with an integrated PowerDisk ensures the appliance dispenses the ideal amount of powder granulate into the dishwasher. This delivers great washing results and is also a more cost-effective solution.
Fast and effective washing with the QuickPowerWash programme
The QuickPowerWash programme, in combination with UltraTabs All in 1 tablets, provides perfectly washed and dried dishes in approximately 58 minutes. The specially developed tablets dissolve within 2–3 minutes, so the cleaning action starts immediately, making the entire washing process maximally effective from the very first moments.
Dishwasher with advanced AutoOpen drying
The AutoOpen technology automatically opens the door of the MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O dishwasher slightly after the programme finishes. This allows accumulated steam to escape naturally, promoting perfect drying of dishes, including plastic items. A specially designed system also protects the worktop from moisture and, together with optimised airflow, ensures maximum drying efficiency in this model.
ExtraComfort basket system for flexible dish arrangement
The ExtraComfort system offers a practical and well-thought-out layout for the interior of the MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O dishwasher. Miele's original cutlery tray washes your cutlery thoroughly yet gently. The FlexCare surface for cups and FlexAssist elements allow for clear arrangement of dishes. The FlexCare Glass & Bottle holder securely stabilises glasses and bottles, the MultiClip makes it easy to hold small items, and the XL Assist creates more space for large pots and pans.
3D-MultiFlex cutlery tray for maximum flexibility
The 3D-MultiFlex cutlery tray in the MIELE G 7985 SCVi K2O XXL dishwasher offers an improved layout for cutlery and small kitchen utensils. It consists of a lowered central section and two side sections that can be individually adjusted—the left section can be slid to the right to make room for tall wine glasses in the upper basket, and the lowered right section can comfortably hold large cutlery and smaller pieces of dishware. This thoughtful system makes it possible to use every centimetre of the tray and ensure optimal washing and drying of all items, whether it's cutlery, espresso cups, or other small components.
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O holds up to 14 place settings
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O dishwasher comfortably holds up to 14 place settings. The baskets are designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind, so every item has its place and all pieces are perfectly clean and dry after washing. Thanks to the FlexAssist elements, storing cutlery and smaller items is quick, intuitive, and extremely practical.
Automatic savings with the EcoStart function
Miele dishwashers are kind to your wallet and the environment. With the intelligent EcoStart function, you can take full advantage of cheaper night or weekend electricity rates. Simply save up to three different tariffs in the memory and enter the time you want the dishes to be ready. The dishwasher will automatically calculate and start the cycle at the most financially advantageous moment.
EcoPower technology for economical washing
The ECO programme reduces water consumption to just 8.4 litres, which in turn reduces the amount of energy needed for heating. This water saving is made possible by a cleverly designed inflow system and a highly efficient filtration system. Additional insulation minimises heat loss and, together with optimised water flow, contributes to even lower energy consumption and maximum washing efficiency.
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O washes exclusively with fresh water
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O uses only fresh water and, in the Automatic programme, washes dishes with just 6 litres of water, which is less than the volume of a standard kitchen sink. This technology has reduced water consumption by up to 85% while also lowering electricity consumption. In the ECO programme, the dishwasher achieves a record low of just 0.52kWh, ensuring maximum energy and water savings.
Washing programmes for every occasion
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O offers a wide range of programmes and additional functions, covering various washing needs. The optional programmes ensure flexible and efficient washing for different types of dishes and situations—whether you need an eco-cycle, intensive, or quick wash.

FlexAssist for quick and easy basket adjustment
The FlexAssist markings show which basket elements can be moved or adjusted to suit your current needs. Colourful symbols, such as a cup or a wine glass, indicate the optimal use for that area. They also serve as practical handles, enabling you to instantly utilise the basket's full flexibility and conveniently adapt the space in the MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O dishwasher for different types of crockery.
Innovative opening and closing
The Knock2open feature provides convenient, handle-free opening for this fully integrated dishwasher. Two light knocks on the front panel activate an automatic mechanism that opens the door by about 10cm. It's an elegant solution, ideal for modern kitchens with a clean design. The AutoClose function ensures the dishwasher door closes conveniently and quietly. After a light push, the door closes automatically with a motor, delivering maximum comfort and elegant operation in daily use. Dishwashers with this function are also equipped with the ComfortClose system for even easier handling.
Start your dishwasher anytime, from anywhere
Set the AutoStart function and schedule the MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O dishwasher to start at a time that suits you. With the AutoDos and PowerDisk system, you can always be sure you have enough detergent. The dishwasher may not load and unload itself, but it will take complete charge of the washing.
A dishwasher as part of your smart home
Take advantage of the innovative Miele@home system and have complete control over all compatible MIELE appliances. You can then operate your appliances via the app, voice control, or another integrated smart home solution. The connection is made through your home Wi-Fi and the Miele cloud.
Brilliant GlassCare for perfect glassware care
The Brilliant GlassCare system ensures exceptionally gentle washing for fragile glassware. The Gentle programme operates at a low temperature of 45°C, so even thin glasses are protected throughout the wash cycle. Wine glasses can be securely placed in the FlexCare holder with silicone inserts, which keep them stable during washing. At the end of the programme, the patented AutoOpen function automatically opens the dishwasher door slightly, allowing for natural drying without the need for subsequent hand polishing. Precisely tailored detergents with a glass-protection formula also contribute to optimal care, keeping your glassware shiny and damage-free.
The MIELE dishwasher can be connected to a hot water supply
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O can be connected to a hot water supply of up to 60°C. This connection reduces electricity consumption by up to 35% and shortens the wash programme time by up to 10%. In the ECO programme, the dishwasher's electricity consumption drops to as low as 0.29kWh, ensuring ecological and economical operation.
EcoFeedback function for a greener home
Keep your energy costs fully under control. As soon as you select a programme, the MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O built-in dishwasher shows you the estimated electricity and water consumption, which enables you to choose the most economical mode. After the final rinse, it also displays the actual consumption data on the screen, so you always have an overview of the washing efficiency.
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O has a Waterproof System for maximum safety
The Waterproof System (WPS) is equipped with a second solenoid valve located directly on the water tap, which automatically shuts off the water supply if the first valve fails. A double-walled inlet hose provides an additional layer of safety for the MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O dishwasher – if the inner hose is damaged, water is diverted through the outer hose into the dishwasher's sump, minimising the risk of water leaks and ensuring reliable, safe operation.
Tested for a 20-year lifespan
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O dishwasher was tested during development to last for 20 years of regular use. During the testing phase, the model and its key components underwent 5600 wash cycles (equivalent to an average of 280 cycles per year for 20 years) across various programmes – day and night – to verify their reliability and long-term performance. Thanks to these thorough tests, you can be sure of excellent washing and drying results throughout the appliance's lifespan, year after year.
Effective against viruses – scientifically confirmed
The MIELE G 7985 SCVi XXL AutoDos K2O ensures uncompromising hygienic cleanliness. When using the Hygiene and Intensive programmes with UltraTabs and PowerDisk, it removes up to 99.9% of viruses.
