Fast and effective washing with the QuickPowerWash programme
The QuickPowerWash programme, combined with UltraTabs All in 1, delivers perfectly washed and dry dishes in approximately 58 minutes. The specially developed tablets dissolve within 2–3 minutes, so the cleaning action starts immediately, making the entire washing process maximally effective from the very beginning.
A dishwasher with advanced AutoOpen drying
AutoOpen technology automatically opens the door of the MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active dishwasher after the programme is complete. This allows accumulated steam to escape naturally, promoting perfect drying of all dishes, including plastic items. A specially designed system also protects the worktop from moisture and, together with optimised airflow, ensures maximum drying efficiency in this model.
Comfort basket system for flexible dish arrangement
The Comfort system offers a practical and well-thought-out arrangement of the interior space in the MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active dishwasher. MIELE's original cutlery tray washes your cutlery thoroughly yet gently. The height-adjustable upper basket, combined with the MultiComfort area in the lower basket, provides a versatile arrangement for different types of dishes, so every item has a stable and secure place. In addition, the colour-coded FlexAssist elements help you quickly identify the movable parts and make optimal use of the basket space.
The MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active holds up to 14 place settings
The MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active dishwasher comfortably holds up to 14 place settings. The baskets are designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind, so every piece of dishware finds its place and all items are perfectly clean and dry after washing. Thanks to the FlexAssist elements, storing cutlery and smaller items is quick, intuitive, and highly practical.
EcoPower technology for economical washing
The ECO programme reduces water consumption to just 8.4 litres, which also reduces the amount of energy needed for heating. Water is saved thanks to a sophisticated supply system and a highly efficient filter system. Additional insulation minimises heat loss and, together with optimised water flow, contributes to even lower energy consumption and maximum washing efficiency.
The MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active washes exclusively with fresh water
The MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active uses only fresh water, and in the Automatic programme, it washes dishes with just 6 litres of water—less than the volume of a standard kitchen sink. Thanks to this technology, water consumption has been reduced by up to 85%, and electricity consumption has also decreased. In the ECO programme, the dishwasher achieves a record-low value of just 0.52kWh, ensuring maximum energy and water savings.
Washing programmes for every occasion
The MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active offers a wide range of programmes and additional functions, covering various washing needs. Optional programmes provide flexible and efficient washing for different types of dishes and situations—whether you need an economy cycle, an intensive wash, or a quick clean.
- Automatic – a universal programme suitable for normally soiled mixed dishes; adjusts washing parameters according to the level of soiling.
- ECO economy programme – with minimal water and energy consumption, ideal for daily washing of regularly used dishes.
- Intensive 75°C – a more powerful washing programme for durable and heavily soiled items like pots and pans.
- PowerWash 60°C – a fast and effective programme for everyday dishes with normal food residues.
- QuickPowerWash – a programme for the best washing and drying results for normally soiled dishes in approximately 58 minutes; created from PowerWash 60°C with the additional Quick function.
- Gentle – a delicate programme for fine glass and sensitive dishes.
- Express – an option to shorten the wash time by up to 50% for quick results with a smaller load.
- Extra Clean – an optional function that increases cleaning performance without compromising on wash quality.
- Extra Dry – an option for more intensive drying, so even glasses and plastic items are dry after the cycle.
FlexAssist for quick and easy basket adjustment
The FlexAssist markings show which basket elements can be moved or adjusted according to your current needs. Coloured symbols, such as a cup or a wine glass, indicate the optimal use for that area. They also serve as practical handles, letting you immediately use the basket's maximum flexibility and conveniently adapt the space in the MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active dishwasher for different types of dishes.
ComfortClose for easy door opening and closing
The door of the MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active dishwasher opens and closes with extraordinary ease, making it comfortable and effortless to handle. Furthermore, it remains stable in any position you choose—whether the door is slightly ajar for quick access to dishes or fully open when loading and unloading the baskets. This feature enhances comfort in daily use of the dishwasher.
Brilliant GlassCare for perfect care of your glasses
The Brilliant GlassCare system ensures exceptionally gentle washing of delicate glasses. The Gentle programme operates at a low temperature of 45°C, so even thin glasses remain protected throughout the entire wash cycle. Wine glasses can be safely placed in the FlexCare holder with silicone padding, which holds them securely during washing. After the programme ends, the dishwasher automatically opens slightly thanks to the patented AutoOpen function, allowing for natural drying without the need for subsequent manual polishing. Precisely tailored detergents with a glass-protection formula also contribute to optimal care, keeping your glasses sparkling and damage-free.
The MIELE dishwasher can be connected to a hot water supply
The MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active can be connected to a hot water supply of up to 60°C. This connection reduces electricity consumption by up to 35% and shortens the wash programme time by up to 10%. In the ECO programme, the dishwasher's electricity consumption drops to as low as 0.29kWh, ensuring environmentally friendly and economical operation.
MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active has a Waterproof System for maximum safety
The Waterproof System (WPS) is equipped with a second solenoid valve located directly on the water tap, which automatically shuts off the water supply if the first valve fails. A double-walled inlet hose provides an additional layer of safety for the MIELE G 5651 SCVi Active dishwasher – if the inner hose is damaged, water is channelled through the outer hose into the dishwasher tub, minimising the risk of water leakage and ensuring reliable, safe operation.
Tested for a 20-year lifespan
The MIELE G 5651 SCVi Active dishwasher was tested during development to withstand 20 years of regular use. During the testing phase, the model and its key components underwent 5600 wash cycles (equivalent to an average of 280 cycles per year for 20 years) across various programmes – day and night – to verify their reliability and long-term performance. Thanks to these thorough tests, you can be sure of excellent washing and drying results throughout the appliance's lifespan, year after year.

The MIELE G 5611 SCVi Active dishwasher has been scientifically proven to provide a high level of hygiene. More than 99.9% of viruses are removed during the washing process, ensuring your dishes are safe and perfectly clean. This feature provides reliable protection and promotes a healthy home environment where hygiene is a priority.
