How do I activate Office 365 Business?
After you order Office 365 Business under the Microsoft Open License Agreement, Microsoft automatically sends an activation email to a person who is listed in the Volume Licensing agreement as an online administrator . This email contains a link to the page where the online service can be activated. To sign in to the activation portal, you need to have a registered so- "Organization account / Organizational account". If you do not have an organization account yet, follow the instructions and create it. If you already have an organization account, sign in with this account.
Word
Word is undoubtedly the most widely used text editing application. Not only can you easily create texts, but you can easily share them with your friends or business partners. For daily use, more than 40 categories of full professional templates are also available. Of course there is perfect collaboration with objects from other Office applications.
Excel

Using OneDrive on iOS (iPhone, iPad)
Initial installation and setup
- You can download the OneDrive mobile app for free on your iPhone or iPad in the Apple App Store .
- After you start the newly downloaded application, log in with your Microsoft account that you used to activate Office 365.
- After installing the application, we recommend that you set up automatic backups of photos you take with your phone or tablet. Click the I button in the bottom bar of the app, and in the Options section, tap Recording from the camera and turn it on with the switch.
Working with files
- OneDrive can also save files you care about yourself.
- Click the Add icon (plus symbol) at the top of OneDrive.
- Use this feature to create new folders, upload photos and videos, select existing files, create new documents, or even scan business cards, documents, or boards.

Using OneDrive for Android (Phones and tablets)
Initial installation and setup
- You can download the OneDrive mobile app for free on your phone or tablet on Google Play .

- After installing the application, we recommend that you make sure that you have set up automatic backups of photos that you take with your phone or tablet. Touch the Menus icon in the upper-left corner of the app, then touch the Settings icon at the bottom of the app. In the Options section, make sure you have the Recording from the camera turned on, or tap it and set it to the appropriate settings.
Working with files
- OneDrive can also save files you care about yourself. Files such as documents, OneNote notepads, photos, videos, or sound files can be uploaded using the upload tool.
- In OneDrive, open the folder where you want to add the file.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap the orange button with the Plus symbol, then select the function you want to use.
- Click the file you want to upload. It will be uploaded to the folder you opened.

Using OneDrive on your Windows phone
Initial installation and setup
- OneDrive Mobile is directly included with Windows 10 Mobile phone.
- Make sure you are logged into OneDrive with a Microsoft account that you used to activate Office 365. If it does not, add it to your application.
- After installing the application, we recommend that you set up automatic backups of photos you take with your phone or tablet. In OneDrive, touch the Menu icon in the top left corner, then Settings, and make sure that the Camera content is turned on.
- If you also want to automatically record videos that you shoot with your phone, also set the Include Videos switch to On.
Working with files
- OneDrive can also save files you care about yourself.
- In OneDrive, click Add (Plus) to select the files you want to upload.
Activate Office 365
- On your computer, tablet, or phone, go to your web browser at www.office.com / setup
- Sign in with your Microsoft account you use on your PC, tablet, Windows phone, or in applications like OneDrive, Skype, or Xbox. If you do not already have a Microsoft account, you can easily create it with the email address you normally use. Store your login details thoroughly.
- enter the 25-digit code (Product Key) you received by email, select the country and language version, and click Next,
- Your Microsoft account now has an active OneDrive storage.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to run Office applications on your computer or Mac. You can also use Office 365 with OneDrive on your phone. Below is a brief tutorial with some tips and tricks (such as how to save your photos).
