MERICARE HCR-31 robotic window cleaner

MERICARE HCR-31 robotic window cleaner
The MERICARE HCR-31 robotic window cleaner automatically cleans and polishes framed glass surfaces with a glass thickness of at least 30mm. The device stays on the vertical surface using a vacuum motor that generates a suction power of 2600–3000Pa. Gyroscopic navigation directs the device's movement across the glass and plans the optimal route to clean the entire surface. The built-in 50ml water tank sprays liquid automatically or manually. It is powered by a 4.5mm long cable and its operating noise level does not exceed 65dB(A).
Key features of the MERICARE HCR-31 robotic window cleaner
- Vacuum system generates suction power between 2600 and 3000Pa
- Backup power source keeps the device on the glass for 40 minutes during a power cut
- 50ml water tank for spraying liquid
- 4m rope provides fall protection
- Remote control for selecting directions and modes
Stable vacuum suction
The device uses a vacuum system with a power of up to 3000Pa to attach to vertical surfaces. The strong suction keeps the device securely on the glass pane throughout the entire work cycle. The vacuum motor permanently generates sufficient force for a reliable hold on the glass. It moves both horizontally and vertically without slipping.
Dual safety system
Operational safety is supported by a backup Li-ion battery and a 4000mm long rope. In the event of an unexpected power cut, the backup source keeps the device attached to the surface for 40 minutes. A sturdy safety rope protects the device from falling to the ground from a height. This system reduces the risk of damage during a power failure.
Efficient water spraying
The integrated container holds 50ml of water or cleaning solution for wet wiping. The spray nozzle applies liquid to the glass either automatically while moving, or based on a manual command. The user controls the liquid dispensing via the remote control according to the current level of dirt. Water consumption remains very low.
Intelligent navigation
The gyroscopic navigation system maps the surface being cleaned and determines the optimal path of movement in both horizontal and vertical directions. The device automatically returns to its starting point after finishing its work, which makes it easy to remove from the window. Sensors detect window frames and prevent collisions or getting stuck on the edges. The cleaning speed is 4.5m²/min, and the device also offers a spot cleaning function for a specific area.
Simple operation and maintenance
The device can be operated using the remote control or buttons directly on the unit. The remote control can be used to select automatic modes or to correct the direction of movement up, down, and side to side. The package includes four pairs of spare microfibre cloths that can be washed and reused. The microfibre cloths trap fine dust and do not leave streaks on the glass. Replacing consumables takes only a few seconds.
Physical parameters
The body of the device measures 6.5 × 29.5 × 14.5cm and its total weight is 1.095kg. Its low profile makes it easy to handle and store at home. Inside, there is a 650mAh Li-ion battery with a voltage of 14.8V. The low weight makes it easy to place on glass panes without excessive physical effort. The 4.5m power cable provides a sufficient operating radius for movement on the surface.
