The Meopta MeoStar R2 8x56 RD - 4K riflescope is designed for use at sunrise, dusk or even in the middle of the night. The MeoLux lens coating gives the MeoStar R2 8x56 RD a light transmission of 94.5%. At the same time, this layer limits the formation of disturbing glare and reflections, so you can enjoy an undisturbed hunting experience. The surface of the lens is protected by a MeoShield silicon coating that protects it from scratches and abrasions. Special hydrophobic MeoDrop layers remove water and grease from the surfaces of all optical elements to provide a truly clear view.

MeoLux anti-reflection coating

MeoStar R2 riflescopes are at the very top-end of today's market. They feature MeoStar R2 2.5-15x56 RD optical lenses which are protected by MeoLux anti-reflection coating to ensure maximum light transmission while reducing the appearance of unwanted reflections. The light transmission is 99.8% for the optical lens and 93-95% for the riflescope.
